New and enhanced integrations

U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (EDGAR) – We’ve enabled a direct connection to the filing platform established by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which helps our customers retrieve an extensive number of filings and datasets in the US. Charity Commission for England and Wales (CHA) – The introduction of a new API connection to the Charity Commission for England and Wales brings additional depth and integration possibilities in the United Kingdom.

New and enhanced product features

KYC API

Last month, we’ve launched four verification endpoints on our API V2 that represent a significant step forward in the development of verification processes, with each endpoint addressing a specific type of verification:

IBAN for International Bank Account Numbers

VAT for Value Added Tax Identification

EIN for Employer Identification Numbers

TIN for Taxpayer Identification Numbers

UBO discovery

Thailand (TH) – We’ve included new legal entity (Ordinary Partnership) as a part of the UBO discovery.

Slovenia (SI) – We’ve integrated a new legal form, sole traders (Samostojni podjetnik posameznik s.p), into UBO discovery.

Australia (AU) – We are now able to provide multiple share capital groups for the Australian companies, their shareholders and joint shareholders for this jurisdiction.

UBO discovery has upgraded to support both final natural persons and legal entities being marked as Ultimate Beneficial Owners, to represent different jurisdictions particularities on UBO legislation.

Developer Portal

Finance Integration – This month’s release includes another set of necessary changes to support our Finance Integration activities. By 1 October 2023 all invoicing activities for kompany’s former B2B clients will be handled by Moody’s Analytics systems. For that we provide support for selected B2C customer segments that are required to change their payment method. We have proactively informed you about these changes and the necessary steps you need to take. Resolved issues

Germany (DE) – Resolved retrieval of the super dataset for German entities.

Czech Republic (CZ) – Adjusted the mapping of extra.data.activity for sole traders to provide complete list of activities.

US Florida (US-FL) – Adjusted the response time for live search by number to approx. 5 seconds.
